Armory Console is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. While we take reasonable measures to safeguard your data, we cannot and do not guarantee against data loss, corruption, downtime, or unauthorised access.
Backup is your responsibility. Customers are strongly advised to connect a OneDrive or SharePoint account under Settings → Integrations so that incident reports, permits, officer documents and daily inventory snapshots are automatically mirrored to your own cloud storage. Without an active cloud backup connection, recovery from accidental deletion, account loss, or service interruption may not be possible.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Armory Console, its developers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages — including loss of data, loss of revenue, regulatory penalties, or compliance failures — arising from use of, or inability to use, the platform.
Customers remain solely responsible for compliance with the Firearms Control Act 60 of 2000, PSiRA regulations, POPIA, and any other applicable legislation. Armory Console is a record-keeping tool — it does not replace the legal duties of the responsible person, armourer, or accountable officer.
